Adrienne was very nice and was a good communicator. I know she loves animals. However, we hired her to spend five days/nights at our house, taking care of both our puppy (5 days after being spayed?) and our elderly cat. On the first night in our house she literally left because she saw a roach. I’m sure she did, there was a cold snap and bugs tend to move inside quickly. but then she said she saw three and that has never ever happened. So, she left our puppy at home alone, roaming the house, without her head collar (Supposed to be wearing) She did agree to go back out the collar in and to spend the days (only) at our house but uncomfortable spending the nights. I appreciate that she took good care of our pets And that she was honest about the issue and trying to find a resolution. But I hired her to be at our house full-time so it was stressful and disappointing and concerning to have to deal with this issue at all…Not knowing if she was going to leave her alone again? I think she did a great job for dropins but I would not hire for in house.

Adrienne was great! She stayed with our dog for a four day weekend and was communicative and responsive throughout. Will definitely be asking her to stay when we take another trip!
