Pet care experience
I have owned cats and dogs most of my life, up until May 2021, I was owned by a Black Lab & a Rhodesian Ridgeback, we, unfortunately, had to say goodbye to our 15-year-old lab in 2021. While I only own 1 Ridgeback currently I do walk 3 of them at a time on a routine basis - and all 3 of them have different ideas on what a walk entails. While currently I do not own a rescue animal I am familiar with the quirks of some rescue animals and some of the special attention they need to be comfortable with a new sitter caring for them. Another tidbit - I have house sat for a variety of animals including horses, snakes, rabbits, barn cats, and fish. I mainly work from home so my availability for dog walks and dog sitting is pretty flexible. I am pretty sure if my dog could talk he'd let you know he is completely spoiled with walks and treats.

Adrienne was great with my 3 boxers! My 1 year old male can be a handful and she handled him well. One of the girls is vocal which annoys even us and Adrienne was cool and collected. She even gave us great recommendations for some helpful dog products which we’re going to look into.

Adrienne was great! She took such good care of Nova and communicated with me throughout the visit. She was even helpful and supportive when we had to deal with a flight cancellation at the end of our trip. So grateful to have found Adrienne and I highly recommend her!

At my house, I have a fenced-in yard and a large dog to keep your dog company. I also have 3 kennels of various sizes if I need to use them either at my house or at yours.

Please let me know if your dog has any known stranger or leash issues, I'm comfortable with dogs who are leash aggressive and who are afraid of strangers, but I like to know ahead of time about any potential issues. While most of my experience is with larger breeds I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes.
A typical day
I customize my stay, visit or walk to your dog or dogs. If you live near a dog park or trails and your dog likes to go to the dog park or hike I'm more than happy to take them. House sitting includes one walk a day, additional walks are booked in 1/2 hr or hr increments and can be arranged during the meet and greet.

Availability
I currently work from home and set my own schedule. While I do work from home I do have appointments that I schedule pet care around and I can sometimes be gone for 5-6 hours. Any home I sit for must have wifi that I can use for work.
