Hi! I love animals and they seem to really like me! I understand the need for play time, belly rubs and back scratches. I grew up caring for cats and newborns kittens. I was also privileged to be the mommy of a spunky Cocker Spaniel. I rescued him from a shelter when he was three. With proper food and exercise, he lived to be 16 years old. Four years ago I house sat and cared for a cat owned by a woman who traveled for two months. The cat immediately adopted me as her surrogate mommy. I know she would give me a glowing reference if she could, but her mommy did it for her. :) I now rent a home that doesn't allow pets. I miss having a furry companion, so I will be thrilled to care for your fur-baby! Need a sitter? Let's meet for a play date! Whenever I arrive I listen for movement near the door and open it slowly. And whe I prepare to leave I always make sure I know where the fur baby is. Escape artists need not apply! :-) I have a day job, so it's best to book me for drop-ins and walks after 5 pm weekdays, but I can accomodate mid-day feedings and walks during in-home stays. I am available at any time on the weekends and holidays. During meet-and-greets I always inquire about places that are off-limits to pets, and if there are any activities and toys they prefer that keep them happy.
