Full-time, compassionate sitter!
Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, fish, and hermit crabs since I was a small child. I have a soft spot for Pits and Greyhounds, although I have grown very fond off all dog breeds through working with Rover. I have also worked in animal shelters providing stimulation to cats of all ages, sizes, and comfort levels.
Reviews
I booked Adrianna last minute for a drop in and she was so great to my girls and sent me several of pics. I’m glad to had found someone for future drop ins too!
Adrianna is wonderful with our fur family! We appreciate the care she gives them.
Adrianna is amazing! She always sends updates and pictures of my cat while she checks up on her- would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter.
Love having Adrianne come to our home. She’s so caring when it comes taking care of our very elderly cat Salty

Safety, trust & environment
I plan to build trust with your friend by understanding their boundaries and wants first. Then, I slowly introduce your fur child to various forms of stimulation based on their comfort level. For cats, I typically err on the side of caution as many cats can be anxious when their owners leave. If your cat appears anxious or tense, I will give them space, slow blinks, and move closer to them as much as they feel comfortable. For dogs, I have found that taking the dog on a short walk at the beginning helps to build trust! If this is possible for your dog, we will take a short walk before returning home. If this isn't possible, I will typically use treats provided by the owner to build trust. I always look at how the dog is responding to me before engaging. If a dog looks uncomfortable or is showing signs of agitation, I give them space and let them come to me. Dogs who feel safe are happy dogs!
Information Adrianna S. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know of any medication, special needs, or accommodations your fur pet needs ahead of time! I have experience with senior dogs and cats, overweight cats, and anxious/nervous cats. At this time, I cannot accept dog clients who have a history of aggression toward humans that has not been addressed by a behaviorist and/or trainer. I am happy to provide care to feline friends with a history of aggression toward humans on a case-by-case basis.
A typical day
For cats - I plan to provide stimulation after the cat feels comfortable with me. We can play with toys, feather wands, or just cuddle. For dogs, I love playing fetch, taking walks, and relaxing indoors - depending on what your dog likes most!
