Pet care experience
My name is Adriana, and I have been handling dogs for 10 years now. I have been on Wag! (another dog caretaker service app) for 5+ years, and just recently discovered Rover; that’s why I may look “new” to the dog caretaking business, but I do have the experience! I have grown up with dogs and then got my own dog who has crossed the doggy rainbow bridge 🌈 I am comfortable with small dogs, elder dogs, big dogs, younger pups, you name it! I interned at PAWS Chicago, the Pippen Fasseas Adoption Center. I walked/cared for dogs, facilitated adoption counseling sessions, and did some basic training. I can't wait to meet your babies and treat them with the utmost care!

Adriana was wonderful to our dog Perry. He needed a sitter who has a quiet environment and would give him lots of attention because he is an older dog. She also gave regular updates and authentically really enjoyed spending time with him.
Adriana is a great and attentive sitter! Our dog loves cuddling and being the center of attention and we know Adriana took great care of our dog while we were out of town.
Adriana took amazing care of my dog Maya while I was away for a week. Maya seemed to love her time with Adriana. Adriana was flexible and communicative throughout. I received regular updates with photos and videos. I would definitely go with Adriana again the next time I’m away!

I always try to ensure that pets are comfortable with me, first and foremost. Once I have established that rapport with your dog, I make sure dogs are greeted with tons of pets and loving. Depending on the service, of course I attend to basic needs such as food, water, crates, etc.!

A typical day
I thoroughly enjoy walks with a lot of high energy. I am able to walk, jog, and even run with your dogs! I also love going to the park, playing with toys, and ensuring lots of love is given when down time is needed.

Availability
I am a mental health therapist and work from home most days so I have a lot of flexibility with my schedule! I am gone some days to work in office, but it’s never more than 8 hours. I love to walk dogs when I have more time to myself and less clients for the day.
