Pet care experience
My current best friend is my loyal Labrador, Gracie. I've raised Gracie since she was six months old, which was truly a great experience as I learned a lot about training, walking, and caring for dogs. I educated myself on dogs, how to treat them right, how to recognize when they're stressed, potty training, etc., and I know this experience will translate well professionally when caring for your dogs! My work schedule gives me so much flexibility in my day and would love to accommodate any dog requests that you may have. I also have a car and am an avid biker, so transportation to your home will never be an issue. I live in Kalorama currently and am happy to serve any clients in nearby DC neighborhoods.

*review for dog walking* Our dog, Jake, was on medication for a week and needed extra walks. Adrian was a great help! Met with him on the first day and went through everything that needed to be done. He asked great questions just to be sure your dog had everything he needed. We came home to a very happy buddy each day he had his extra walk with Adrian. He even took Jake to the dog park (his favorite activity). Not to mention, each walk ended with a stream of photos showing me what a good time Jake was having with Adrian. It goes without saying, we'll be reaching out to Adrian whenever we need a dog walker again.

I have experience with Chihuahuas, Yorkies, and Poodles, though I love any dog and would love to care for them in any way I can! I do not have specific breed preferences. In order to get to know you and the doggies better, I'd like to know the following: 1)What kind of treats does your dog like? 2) What sort of training and tricks that have been taught to the dog? 3) How many times do you give your dog snacks and feed them either wet food or dry food? 4) How does your dog interact with other animals? 5) Does your dog have anxiety? If so, what triggers that anxiety?
A typical day
I love to walk my puppy, Romeo, through Rock Creek and allow him to explore nature along with me. I always carry his bones and snacks to give him a good time and make him comfortable. If we're not in the woods or in nature, Romeo and I walk around the neighborhoods to expose him more to city life and sounds. Doggy parks are great as well to help him socialize! I hope to do the same for your dogs, depending on your specific needs and requests. Upon request, I can also bring along my puppy to help your dog socialize!
