Hi there! I'm Adria, and my love for dogs began at an early age while growing up in a household with over 10 furry companions. From purebred German Shepherds and poodles to lovable mixed breeds, I've had the pleasure of sharing my life with dogs of all sizes. I bring valuable experience to the table, having previously worked alongside a large animal veterinarian and coming from a family of shepherd breeders. This has equipped me with the skills to administer medications or fluids, ensuring your beloved furry friend receives the necessary care when needed. I keep my Pet First Aid up to date. I understand the unique needs and quirks of various breeds, and I'm committed to providing them with the utmost love and care. I can't wait to meet your furry family member and create unforgettable memories together! I currently live in the Esquimalt area but can travel within the Victoria area. For anyone in the farther areas, notice must be given in advance. I am available most weekends/holidays with notice. I am certified in Pet First Aid from Walks N Wags. *unfortunately will not be accepting bookings for reptiles* I understand that pets are family and sometimes work, travel, or other commitments gets in the way. I will be happy to take the stress away from you and offer affordable rates for pet walking and sitting services. I will give your pets my attention and will ensure they are taken care of while you are away. I will send you daily photos or videos for updates as well.

Adria was great! She took amazing care of our dog who ended up having an upset stomach. But she dealt with it amazingly, and we felt really good about having her there. She took great care of our house. It was clean and neat when we returned, and she even had the bedding started in the laundry. We will definitely be using her again!

For dog sitting requests, i do encourage you to write down the full care details for your pet so there aren’t any missing care information. You can message this to me or write/print on paper. This includes your pet’s morning and night routines, food portions, medicine info, emergency contacts, and pet’s behaviours. I need to know if your dog has any aggressive habits, pulls on leash, is not allowed to be off leash at a dog park or mingle with other animals. I also need to know how long they can be left alone as I may be away for 3-4 hours on some weekdays.
A typical day
If the dog is friendly and social, I will be happy to take them to dog parks or to the beach. I have a seat cover in my car with a dog seatbelt and can take them anywhere if needed. If they love playing with toys, I’ll definitely keep them busy!

*PLEASE READ* Due to an exciting new change in my FT career I am now limiting my house sitting requests. I am happily serving Esquimalt/Downtown Victoria/Colwood/Saanich area however anywhere further than that will require advance notice. I am very grateful to have had amazing experiences on Rover with repeat clients and dogs who are well taken care of. I currently have a half office/half WFH workweek and can work with most dogs who can be alone for 3-4 hours. I will only consider last minute requests should it fit my schedule. Please do not hesitate to send me a message with your request and your dog’s routine. I appreciate all detailed pet infos!
