Not recommended. I appreciate that Adham accepted our holiday weekend sit on short notice - he was very welcoming and hospitable. The price was right. Unfortunately, Adham didn’t keep us well-informed of how our dog was doing despite noting in the app that we’d like updates and pictures. We got one picture of our dog eating shortly after we dropped her off. That was it for the 3 day weekend. Communication was timely, but sparse and lacking in detail. Maybe that’s because our dog apparently chewed through her harness. Maybe that’s because our dog chewed threw her tag silencer. I wouldn’t know - Adham never told me. Didn’t mention it during the stay. Didn’t mention during pick up - just figured I didn’t need to know. I had to find out on my own and find her items chewed through. Now I’ve got to order replacement items from Amazon that won’t arrive for a few days. Too damn bad dogs don’t talk - I’d sure like to know what happened.

After many attempts to finalize drop-off details, I finally got a response back at 7pm the night before I'm to leave that he's cancelling my reservation and not able to take my dog. This is NOT how a service business is run. Thank goodness for the Rover help desk - they scrambled to help find a new sitter.
