Hi there! My name is Adelle and I am so excited to join the Rover community. I had a German Shepherd growing up and have looked after pets for neighbors and friends over the years. I have cared for a variety of dogs and have experience with extended-care stays, grooming, and basic training. Pets make a house a home and I look forward to caring for yours.

Adelle is my go-to pet sitter !! She is so trustworthy, dependable and organized! She is so good with my cat and is always sending update photos throughout the day so i know she’s happy and taken care of. 10/10 would recommend!!
Adelle has stayed in our home and help take care of two labs, one quite old with some special mobility issues. She was very thorough, reliable and so caring with them. She sent us pictures and updates during our trip and the house was spotless when we returned home. I would highly recommend Adelle!
Adelle was great! She met with me prior to go over details and she did exactly as we discussed. She even took care of other small details such as grabbing a package off the porch and turning some lights on and off. She went above and beyond and I’ll definitely have her take care of my dog in the future again!
Adelle is the best! I have a 4 year old pure bred German Shepherd named Max. Needless to say, he needs a lot of attention and exercise! Adelle was with Max every day I needed her. She walked him A LOT, played with him and fed him on schedule. I will definitely call her next time I am away. Such a relief knowing my doggy is in good hands!

With a background in basic dog training, I set rules and boundaries for walks and home settings and balance this with rewards and affection. Each pet is different, and I respect the needs and wishes of clients at all times when caring for their pets. I look forward to working with yours!

Please let me know of any special needs your dog may have. I have experience caring for senior dogs and disabled dogs as well as administering oral medications. Knowing your dog's routine (for going to the bathroom, eating times, etc.) is also incredibly helpful in maintaining stability for your pet and a sense of normalcy for them while they are being cared for.
A typical day
I absolutely love going on long walks and playing with dogs. I like to incorporate basic training practices and games with pets to keep them physically and mentally engaged throughout the day. Lots of pets and belly rubs will also be on the schedule for the day!

Availability
I live in Provo, Utah and love to fill my free time caring and spending time with pets. Weekdays are best for drop-in visits and scheduled walks. On the weekends, I have lots of time to spend with your pet going for walks, making house visits, and even doing extended stays.
