👋 I’m a NY-native now living in the Bay Area / Palo Alto with an inherent love for animals. I’ve lived most of my life taking care of and being around dogs of all sizes - from chihuahuas to huskies. I take safety as my number one priority when caring for furry friends.

This is our third week-to-two week stay with Adeline, and we hope to have many more. Our doggie just is so happy there, and is cozy with her doggie. Adeline sends many photos and videos, and is overall an excellent communicator.
Adeline is the best dog sitter we’ve ever had. She made it into a true vacation for our young pup.

I work from home and can be quite flexible with timing for drop-ins and walks. And if boarding, I will be at home full time to make sure the dogs get plenty of play, exercise, and enrichment.

A typical day
If boarding, we'll go on walks or runs around our the neighborhood (happy to adjust the exercise level based on your dogs needs). We also love playing fetch in the backyard, and if our dogs get along, I'm sure they'll have lots of zoomies together there. I've done a lot of research into dog training (basic commands, socialization); so very happy to help with any basic obedience that you may want your dog to be brushed up on. For drop-ins and walks (as mentioned above), I am diligent about making sure your dog has all of his/her necessities i.e. food/water, and that your home is also secure upon entry and exit. Having a dog of my own, I want each visit to not just be a simple check in, or just a walk; I want to make sure your pup has as much enrichment and stimulation during that short period of time during the day - this means play, puzzles, simple training, fetch, etc.

Availability
At the moment, I'm primarily offering drop-ins and walks, with boarding on a case-by-case basis. A drop-in includes play, treats (if allowed), and any other enrichment requested i.e. puzzles, fetch, etc. A walk is essentially a drop-in but with a walk included. If you are interested in boarding or daycare, we will need to have a doggy meet and greet with our 20lb terrier, Roti, to make sure that both dogs get along. Roti gets along primarily with other adult dogs his size (<25 lbs, he can get grumpy with puppies and insecure with large dogs). A stay with me will absolutely involve snuggles, long walks (if desired), and as much play time as your pup is up for.
