Lavish dog life
Pet care experience
My first pup, Tara, was love at first sight and since that day I knew I will always have dogs in my life. She came to me when I was 12 years old. Currently, I have 1 senior miniature schnauzer Haley and she is 15 yo. Unfortunately, the summer of 2023 was the last summer for my other sweet miniature schnauzer, Thor, that passed away after 17 years of being in my life. I have been taken care of dogs in my neighborhood, my friends always call me to watch after their loved ones when on vacation or business trips, and just last year I have rescued 5 dogs, took care of them till I found their owners. I have a fifth sense with animals, and both me and my daughter love being surrounded by lovely creatures.
Reviews
Gizmo had a great time staying with Adela and was well taken care of. Great communication and pictures during his stay. Highly recommend!
Our pups loved their stay! Adela kept us well informed the entire week, I felt they were in very capable hands.
Just exceptional! She ( my dog) is large, demanding and not easily won over but this care team soon had her join as if family. She and I could not be happier
Very responsive and felt good knowing my dogs were in good hands.

Safety, trust & environment
I own a very specious home, with 0.3 acres of fenced backyard, and separating your pup from others, if needed, will not be an issue. I have no breed restrictions, but I require owners to be transparent with me if their dog has had previous aggressive behavior, we can always find solutions for everyone's safety. I prefer not to crate, but if requested I always follow owner's instructions.

Information Adela C. would like to know about your pet
I am accepting dogs with special needs, but a meeting needs to happen before I can lock in the booking. As much as I would love to be able to accommodate every baby, I have to admit that I am not yet trained in dog CPR. Looking into educating myself more, but at this time I am limited in what special needs I can take care of. I appreciate the understanding.
A typical day
If weather permits we can take very long walks in the neighborhood. Typical day starts around 6 am when we enjoy the backyard, and have breakfast. Usually I let fur babies run around as much as they need in the morning, while I am strategizing for the day. Depending on the breed, I like to be spontaneous with our activities throughout the day.
Services
Adela can host
Availability
Being a language interpreter and business owner I can make my own schedule according to all of their needs and the number of pups in my care. Decisions are taken based on meet and greet or an over the phone conversation.
