Pet care experience
Hello! I’m Addison! I've taken care of dogs (and cats) since I was a child. I’ve had 5 repeat clients that I thoroughly enjoy working with! I pet sit because I love dogs. I cannot have a dog of my own right now so this is a wonderful way to give my unconditional love! I used to have two large dogs and one small dog of my own, whom I adopted, I fostered, trained (crate trained and went through obedience training with them). If your dog is still in training, I feel confident working with training with your dog however style you are training him or her, as well as administering medication (one of my former dogs was a senior dog). I'm also absolutely a natural at spoiling your dog and making them feel safe! I have a very calm demeanor and dogs have always felt comfortable with me. Can’t wait to spend time with your fur baby!

I’m so grateful for Addison! Addison watched my kitties (drop in visits) for 10 days while I was out of the country. Addison was punctual, dependable, and communicative. I was having ant issues at the time and Addison was super helpful with cleaning them up and finding solutions to ensure they didn’t get into the cat food. The kitties warmed up to her quickly and my shy one was even begging her for cuddles. I’m so grateful for Addison for taking great care of my babies so I could fully enjoy my vacation, knowing they were in good care. Thank you Addison.
Addison was great! Addison sent lots of pics of our babies and really took care of them and our place. Addison even got out very shy cats to come out for pets which is pretty amazing! Overall a very great experience. Would definitely recommend Addison if you want someone who will really take care of your pets!

Highly recommend Addison for pet care. She was so wonderful taking care of my dog Walter. She is so responsive, thoughtful, and attentive. My dog can be very shy around new people but he was completely fine with Addison. It’s so nice to not worry about your pet, knowing that they are taken care of.

I will not be providing services in my house. I would be going to the dog/cats environment and give services there. I feel comfortable taking the dog on walks, car rides, helping with crate training, dog park (with your approval). I’ve also passed an extensive background check (DOJ clearance) and work in the education field. I do require a short meet and greet for any sort of house sitting.

I do not have any specific breed preferences. I have experience with pit mixes (I had fostered two of them in the past). I would like to know their overall temperament, what may scare them/ what they don't like so I can be very mindful and accommodating for them.
A typical day
Playing, fetch, car rides (if your dog likes them), dog park (if your dog likes the dog park), walks around the neighborhood, and a lot of petting from me. Maybe going through the In n Out drive thru (I used to work there!), cause that’s just awesome.

Availability
I live in Mid City and work full time at a school in person, west of DTLA. I work in K-12 education, so I am out of the house from 7-4 on weekdays. I am available during the weekdays evenings and weekends. I am available for overnights and will probably try cuddle your fur baby the whole night (only if they like cuddles). :)
