This was our first use of Rover.com & I can't be more pleased! We had to go out of state, unexpectedly, during the holidays. Because of this, we were unable to make arrangements for all of our animals (two dogs & a parrot). Thanks to Addison & Rover.com, I was able to have her drop in on our parrot who was left "home alone" to top off his food & water, as well as interact with him (he loves to talk & show off for strangers!). Addison was very professional, trustworthy, & sent me pics to calm my nerves!

The best way I can express Addie's love for dogs is through the story of Beau. It was a cold winter day in Pullman. My roommate asked me if I would be open to having a dog and I thought to myself "why not". My only stipulation was that it would be her dog and that I wouldn't have to deal with any of the feeding, cleaning or walking that comes with dog ownership. When Addie brought beau home my life changed forever. Before Beau I have had 2 dogs, both yellow Labrador retrievers. In my mind the only dog worth having was a big dog, little dogs were glorified cats at best. Addie brought beau into our house a mix of Chiwawa, Papillon, Pomeranian.... we honestly don't know! I thought, "what the heck that?" Then she put him on my lap and within the first 15 minutes he had crawled into my heart. He was the most loving and cuddly dog I had ever met. Over the next year beau was always there when I needed a snuggle or a partner to run with. The most amazing part is that Beau was a rescue and I never would have chosen him in a million years. Addie saw that this wonderful dog needed a home and that small act of love paid many dividends that year as we enjoyed the company of our favorite little buddy. After we left Pullman beau moved in with my parents and found a place in my entire families’ heart as well. Whenever Addie comes to visit, that little dog gets so happy because he knows that Addie is the one who saw him, loved him and saved him. Beau is just one of many animals that Addie has opened her heart to. She has a special gift and can see when an animal is in need of love. I'm so thankful for the joy that she has brought me and my family by sharing this love. I have never met someone who shows more care and compassion for animals than Addie.
