I've always had dogs in my household since I was a kid. I've seen all types of dogs along with their unique personalities ranging from, hyper, lazy, mean, social, adventurous and dogs that think that they're human. In my experience in dealing with all of these personalities I've noticed one trait that is essential in dog-care, patience. Patience is something that I have no shortage of, I've seen it all. Trust me, I've seen the nitty, the gritty, and the nasty...nothing can scare me away. In terms of my tangible experience, I've volunteered at shelters in Kansas City spending immense amount of hours with dogs and cats. Also, I’ve offered pet-sitting for many friends and family members. Being a Firefighter I'm a huge advocate for exercise, health, and fitness for not only myself but the pets I take care of. When you leave your dog with me, I guarantee that we will be going on runs and playing outside! Also, if your dog or cat has any special needs it wont be any trouble for me! I have taken care of many pets who need that little bit of extra help. A little bit about me.. I came to Arkansas City in July to start a new career as a Firefighter. I grew up in the suburbs of Kansas City my entire life. Starting this new path of life I was forced to leave my dogs in Kansas City with my parents so this has been the only time of my life that I haven't spent with a pet under the same roof. If you are worried about your dog not getting enough love or attention under my care I promise that you could not be more wrong, I've got so much love and energy to give!
