Pet care experience
As a dog walker, my specialty is to take pups out into nature. As I've been doing for 7+ years now, my service allows my dogs to grow and learn with each other amongst the sights and sounds of natural neighborhood trails. Offering socialization, training routines, in-depth interaction and lots of physical exercise, when I take dogs out to the trail I treat them as my own.
Reviews
Adam was great with Mick and so was the rest of his family. Mick had such a good time he was reluctant to leave.
Adam was an awesome sitter! He took excellent care of my dog Major, including sending an update and pictures, letting him sleep near him at night, and giving him lots of exercise. Adam let me book fairly last minute and was very flexible with the meet and greet, drop-off, and pick-up times. I felt totally comfortable leaving Major with Adam and Major seemed to have a good time (was worn out when we picked him up!)
Adam was friendly, professional and responsive to our dog Hazel's needs. We would definitely use his services again.
I've known Adam for a long time and I've never met someone so qualified to be a pet sitter. He has had genuine and unwavering passion for animals since I can remember, taking the time to tailor his activities depending on what the pet enjoys. He can spend hours on a trail walking an outdoorsy pup or an entire afternoon tending to a snoozing fido. Adam is always punctual, easily contacted, abundantly positive, and simply a joy to be around. I would highly recommend Adam for any pet sitting needs.

For the service I offer, any pup that comes along quickly learns the rhythms of our activity. I've been described by friends as somewhat of a dog whisperer, and nothing brings me more joy than developing a mutual understanding between dogs wherein they get to have fun as long as they adhere to clearly established rules and modes of communication.
Information Adam G. would like to know about your pet
Breed, temperament and energy level are important factors for taking on a new client. I typically don't work with many hounds for example, as their strong hunting/tracking instincts trigger them too much when around the woods, so they end up getting more worked up than happy. Similarly, I walk in small groups so my dogs must at least be able to tolerate one another, with the hope that they can become buddies. I definitely encourage energetic dogs, as my service is the perfect thing for them to get their wiggles out!
A typical day
When we go for our trail walks, we are often by the creek, so any pup that wants to take a dip is free to do so. Of course, I am always vigilant as to not disturb the fauna that live around there, so we keep our group tight, focused and on the move. And of course if any dog likes to play with a stick or wrestle in the grass, we make time for that too!

I am typically active Tues-Thurs, with Monday and Friday being flexible. My walks/hikes are midday and offer my clients the opportunity to get their pup out during the work day for a thorough and holistic walking experience.
