My wife and I adopted out Australian Kelpie mix, Mia, From CAPS three years ago, and have had a wonderful relationship with her ever since! Like all dogs Mia has a few things that she needs special attention for, but that just makes her personality that much more lovable. Mia is fear aggressive from her time as a stray (our trainer also told us she was probably removed from her litter at too young of an age) which keeps me always aware of our surroundings while walking and constantly looking for opportunities to get her more accepting of different situations so she can be as happy a dog as possible. I look forward to learning the unique personalities of all my clients' dogs to better care for them.
