Pet care experience
We are complete animal lovers. We joined Rover because it is a perfect opportunity for us to have dogs and cats in our lives. Your pet will be treated as our own. They will have our undivided care and attention, the right level of exercise, as well as lots and lots and lots of fun! We know how important it is for you to keep in touch and we will be available to keep you updated as much as you require. We are experienced in looking after a variety of dogs from Irish Setters and Spaniels to Terriers and Chihuahuas. And Caitlin regularly volunteers at an animal shelter in Chicago. Kaitlin and Adam are the dream pet sitters. We had an out of town emergency and none of our regular sitters were available to take care of our 14 year old dog. We were drawn to Adam and Kaitlin profile because they seemed so sweet and caring (had in cubs hats) and lived close by. We definitely hit the jack pot with them. They were patient and lovely with our dog who was not use to high rise living. They were much more concerned with our dog’s comfort and how to help him figure out high rise living rather than the accidents he had in their apartment. They updated us constantly with adorable pictures. Saying goodbye was hard because they felt like part of the family. We could tell our dog loved being with them for 4 days. We would absolutely use them again and hope they would consider watching our dog again. Our dog got 100 percent attention because he was the only dog they were caring for as opposed to other sitters we have used who take many pets. You can tell Adam and Kaitlin are animal lovers and lovely people. Love them!
Adam and Caitlin were wonderful! They’re both nice, friendly people, were excellent with picture updates, and super responsive with messages. They gave Penny so much love and attention. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dog sitter and would rebook them for Penny without hesitation. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Penny!!

Our apartment is in easy reach of great walks: by the lake, by the river, on the beach, in local parks, and on safe, scenic sidewalk routes. Depending on the type and length of walks your dog prefers, we aim to give them as many different adventures as possible during their stay. We love to play and look forward to your dog sharing their favourite toys and games with us! We also offer one of the most comfortable sofas with lots of fluffy throws for the best dog naps!
