K9 trainer I'll do leash training
Pet care experience
As a professional dog trainer. I Understand dog body language and the needs of the customer (canine and human). Each of these walks will be a mini training session. Training is a passion of mine and important to truly enjoy the relationship with a pet. Far too many people cut corners on training and end up with a dog with bad manners, poor behavior or worse dangerous situations with their beloved dog. The nice part of having me as a dog walker / sitter is I can quickly analyze the issue and take action immediately. For the customers part, their dogs behavior just gets better each day with little effort on the dog's family! I guarantee your dog comes home with enhanced obedience training both on leash and in your home. I call it micro-training. It will all lead to a happier healthier relationship. I know I can help. Do the right thing for your beloved pup and hire me today. I am confident you'll be pleased!
Reviews
I cannot begin to tell you the world of difference Adam has made to our little Chihuahua Pearl's life. Pearl was your "typical Chihuahua" - yappy, suspicious of people, afriad of every noise and agressive towards other dogs. Adam took her for regular sessions and also for a 10 day straight period. After that I had a new dog!! She was much more open to other dogs and for the first time ever made friends with another human- Adam! She trusted him, sat on his lap and responded to his commands. What struck me most was Adams patience and gentlness with her, he was able to quickly read her personality and pivot in his training method to get the most from her. My husband and I are now extremely happy dog parents with a much happier and more content Pearl! More than highly recomended!!

Biter? jumper? any obedience training? Escape artist? Dog / human aggression? Any pain related to illness or old age? If so, what and where is the location. This important since if the spot is inadvertently touch, it might result in a bite. Additionally I want the dog to be safe and comfortable as possible. I really do not have a breed preference but the Toy breeds (Chihuahua, Pomeranian and Yorkie) tend to attempt bites and bark more frequently than I enjoy.
A typical day
I currently have 3 dogs: Belgian Malinois - female and a puggle - male and a 2 year old female Golden Retriever. All 3 of my dogs have been trained in Puppy obedience, Basic obedience, Advanced obedience, Leash manners and also off leash obedience (except for the Puggle - He has a hard time learning since after my rescue of him our vet mentioned that he may have suffered a brain trauma). I like to walk around the client's neighborhood to get the dog as comfortable as possible. It's a'so important to instill basic obedience: sit, stay / wait, leave it, drop it, heel and recall or come. This can be practiced along these short distance routes. If your dog(s) are boarding with me I have access to a large Baseball / Soccer field which is fenced in and a nature walk (approximately a 2 mile walk) in the woods which is perfect for a dogs stimulation from all of the wildlife scents, other local dogs and people. Yet another bonus is my Belgian Malinois <Mal-in-Wah (The Malinois [Mals are the #1 preferred breed for Navy SEALS and a Malinois named Cairo was on the mission to capture or kill Osama bi Laden and went in before all SEAL personnel ] breed is protective of her pack but is gentle as a lamb with even the most aggressive Toy breeds). So anyway your dogs are in amazingly capable hands! Your dog will play at least 10 or more times per day in my backyard with my 3 dogs and one or more of my 4 family members!
