We had way more than extenuating circumstances returning home from our vacation. We had our mother in ICU for heart failure not sure if she would make it or not, and I myself had been in the hospital and on bed rest. I remained in constant communication with sitter and was very open and honest. They did agree, reluctantly, to watch our dog for us as I couldn't get her and my boyfriend was running around trying to work and put out fires on our end. We received atleast half a dozen snide comments, several schedule changes daily with an instant need for verification from sitter, and constant text messages. Poor service, oh even added in an extra half hour on the end bc we were late picking up our dog, I was in the emergency room, again they knew all of this. If they didn't want to extend the sitter time they should have just said so and not drug us along complaining the whole way. Really makes me not want to use this service again.
