Ada did amazing with our 7 month old border collie/lab, Duke! We are always nervous leaving our pup but Ada did great to communicate with us by sending updates with amazing pictures! We would for sure have Ada back to look after Duke in the future. Thanks again Ada!

Ada was excellent with both our 5 month and 11 month old kittens. She was a pleasure to have stay overnight in our home and the cats seemed incredibly content when we came home. Absolutely loved the texts and photo updates, she’s a great photographer too! 100% will be rebooking with Ada again in the future with full peace of mind knowing my cats are in safe hands and happy

Ada did a great job looking after our puppy overnight. We were nervous leaving our puppy for the first time overnight, but Ada was great, and very patient with us! She sent us lot of updates, and Daphne (the puppy) clearly had a great time, with plenty of attention and care. We would definitely recommend her to anyone. Thanks, Ada!

Safety, trust & environment

I always keep dogs on a lead or long line unless we’re in a safely fenced-in area, and aim to walk in quiet, green areas where they can have lots of sniffs and decompress. If your dog is going through training, I’m happy to help continue that during our time together.

Information Ada K. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know of any special needs or behaviours your pet has. In particular, it’s important for me to know whether they get along with other animals and humans (including when resources like food and toys are around) so that I can better cater our time together to them!

A typical day

I encourage lots of sniffing on walks—this helps your dog decompress after the initial excitement of leaving the house! For playful dogs, I’m happy to bring along a toy and play fetch, tug, or any other games which appeal to them. I like to incorporate small amounts of training into walks. At home, we can also play games from the Absolute Dogs training program! If you’d like your dog to have some additional mental enrichment at home, I can provide them with some puzzles or sniffmats.

Currently, I’m a zoology student at the University of Sheffield. My timetable there is very relaxed, so I am typically free Monday to Sunday, including overnight. I will accommodate last-minute requests where possible, however please be aware that the summer period is very busy and I am more likely to be available the further in advance you book.
