I’m a mom of four kids, two 2 legged ones and two 4 legged ones. I have been caring for dogs basically all my life, some of my own and others from family members and I’ve learnt something new from each and every one of them. I work as personal care assistant for small children with special needs, most of them have ADHD, learning disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder who have limited language abilities, behavioral challenges and others are non verbal; and when I’m not doing that I homeschool my older daughter, essentially a big part of what I do throughout my day is being flexible, patient, caring and understanding. I also do volunteer work with my homeschooler for the South Jersey Regional Animal Shelter. I can accommodate your pet’s needs in any way I can. Just let me know what you’d need me to do that works for your family and your furry friend. I’d make your dog’s walk a fun and safe. I will promise to make my drop in visits meaningful as I stay an hour long instead of the standard 30 minute visit, as I find it works better for the dog(s) as we get to bond and spend quality time, especially for those that their pet parents are away. I don’t mind the chewers and if you don’t have toys I can provide some toys for your dog(s) to play with. I’m also experienced with senior dogs as I have one of my own. I will ensure to respect its wishes if it’s too tired I will keep the walk short and purposely. Update: For dog drop-in visits, there is no additional charge for an extra dog.
