Hello! I am Abs, and I have had dogs all my life! I use positive reinforcement & I am strict but gentle, firm but loving. I really understand dogs as much as one who is not a dog can. Dogs who "only listen to their person" also listen to me! I helped train an Akita at age 12, and currently have a female 11 yo Havanese who has been with me since she was 8 weeks old, and Ollie, a mixed breed rescue who is 2. He was a bit of a mess when I got him at 7 months and you should see him now, happy, healthy, and well trained! Both get along with most dogs and are neutered/spayed and sweet and snuggly. We have a big fenced in yard. I have trained my Havanese to be under voice control and off leash around Lake Merritt! I am athletic and fit and love walking dogs! I work from home stay and my 17 year old daughter and I will entertain your dog, take long walks, or enjoy the many trails in the East Bay together. I look forward to meeting you and your fur baby.
