I grew up with a sweet Bassett hound and 2 cats. As a teen we rescued a shepherd mix from a high-kill shelter and I learned a ton about training, caring for, and loving a dog with behavioral issues. As an adult I have been a reliable dog-walker and sitter for friends and acquaintances. Now, my schedule as a graduate student is flexible enough to include dog walks and pet sitting on a more regular basis. Furthermore, I love hiking and running and would love to have a four-legged buddy to explore Central Mass with me. As for felines, there’s nothing I like more than getting some studying done with a cat curled up on my lap (or trying to get my attention away from the computer screen). I do not own any pets at the moment, so some quality time taking good care of yours is something I’m looking forward to!
