Abigail and her husband seemed like a nice couple and had excellent reviews with Rover. They were able to cover Rukkus during our extended vacation in the Caribbean. Upon returning home, my Partner, Jake, arrived to find Rukkus wet from urine and feet and belly stained yellow. His kennel was in the process of being folded and smelled of urine. Abigail stated that she just gave him a bath, however, Rukkus still smelled like urine, was very dirty and showed no signs of being dried. Upon again being bathed at home, the smell of urine disappeared, as did the dirt and most of the yellow urine stains. We also suspect that Rukkus was not walked. We provided a brand new harness, which was not yet sized for Rukkus. When my partner returned home, he attempted to size the harness to Rukkus, only to find out that in its smallest configuration, it was still too big. During Rukkus' bath, we had to force him to not drink the bath water, because he was drinking like crazy. This indicated that he was not provided water for extended periods of time. Additionally, Rukkus is crate trained. He has not peed in his crate once in the past nine months. Yet during his stay, there was evidence of urine in the crate. Rukkus is capable of going eight hours crated, without an accident. This shows that Rukkus was clearly left alone for a longer period of time than the amount of hours promised. With all of the actual good sitters available on Rover, it is clear that we will not return to Abigail and recommend that you don't neither.

Abigail was super sweet and took such great care of Simba! She gave us many updates to let us know that Simba was having a great time and in good hands! Would highly recommend introducing your dogs to this wonderful dog whisperer! :)
