From being born into a house with a shy German Shepherd and a sassy tabby cat, to rescuing 5 cats from the Middle East, my family home has always been an environment for paddy paws and a loud chorus of meows. To me, a house isn’t a home without a four-legged creature. After spending 3 months working at a kennels and cattery, I had met my fair share of feline and canine personalities. From funny to sassy, nervous to frightened, I was trained to do what’s best to help the pet feel calm and safe around new people or environments. Having time to look after/walk animals is a way for me to get away from my studies as well as help a little furry friend at the same time.
