Pet care experience
I've been surrounded by dogs most of my life and have loved every minute of it. Besides caring for my own pets over the years, I've consistently pet-sat for family members and friends as well as helped my grandma with her line of animal service volunteer work with both dogs and cats at local nursing homes. I've always enjoyed helping her out with her "pet-scapades"! In addition to my listed services I am willing, able, and ready to take solo and group trips to the dog parks of your choice. Not to mention I'm in need of a new running and/or hiking buddy! Play time, cuddles, and bathroom breaks guaranteed (and probably a treat or two). I can't wait to build more friendships with canine clients!

Our dogs are a part of our family. Bringing them to the kennel when we could not bring them on vacation just wasn't an option for us. When we couldn't find a family member to dog-sit for us, we turned to Abby. Although we were nervous about leaving our dogs, we knew that we could trust Abby to be responsible with their feeding, exercise, and providing a caring and nurturing environment for them. Abby texted us with updates and even sent us pictures throughout the week. This was all very reassuring and helped us know that our dogs were very well taken care of. We would definitely recommend Abby as a Rover.com dog sitter.
Abby always helped me with the dogs and cats I took in when no one else would have them. Her family has always had dogs and she knows what it takes to care for them.
