Unfortunately not a good experience. The first day everything seemed fine at first but through my security cameras I noticed she had one of my dogs in the crate while she sat at my kitchen table which I didn’t understand why he would be in the crate if she was there. Then the next day I came home a bit earlier than expected. I sent her a text prior and she was really concerned with cleaning the house (the house was clean before I left so I didn’t understand). When I got home I was welcomed with an awful smell of poop. I searched around and found my Roomba destroyed ! She had let the dogs poop in the house and then let the Roomba roll over it. (The Roomba ran at 8 am I came home at 2pm which means it was just sitting there and she wasn’t going to even attempt to clean it or tell me about it). The Roomba also left poop trails across my previously cleaned floor. I tried to discuss the issue with her and she was a bit rude basically blaming the dogs saying they were misbehaving. Which was out of character for my dogs to have pooped in the house when we have a huge fenced yard). There’s definitely no reason it should’ve sat there for hours if she was actually watching them. She claimed she took them out a lot but according to my ADT door time stamps that was simply not true unfortunately. It’s unfortunate she also didn’t want to take responsibility for the damage and basically said it wasn’t her fault even though she should’ve made sure the dogs either pooped when they went outside or cleaned the pooped when she saw the accident. What’s really upsetting is that she was going to just walk out and not tell me of the situation and I had to find as if she was hiding it. I was really excited for here to sit my first children. She seemed great when we met but unfortunately she did not do her job and created problems that she refuses to take responsibility for.

We are very pleased having Abigail housesit for us while we were away for a long weekend. We knew our two pups would be in good hands as she was attentive to their routines as well as sending daily check-in’s to show us what they were up to. Our house was nice and tidy when we returned and pups were just as we left them. We will most definitely be re-booking with Abigail in the future!
