Pet care experience
For as long as I can remember there has always been at least one dog in my house so I'm most comfortable around animals. I've taken care of dogs as small as Chihuahuas and as large as Great Danes and enjoyed taking care of each one of them. I have lots of experience dealing with anxious dogs, high-energy dogs, and dogs of all temperaments. I also have become very skilled at the art of giving dogs medication- especially when they don't want to take it, but need to of course.

Abby did a wonderful job watching our 1.5 year old miniature poodle Dillon and our cat Frida! It was our first time using Rover and she sent us loads of pictures to help us feel comfortable and safe while we were away for the night. We really appreciated her communication, our Dillon had a great time wit her, and I will definitely be using her again! Thank you Abby!!
Abigail has baby sat my Lola, 7 y.o boxer, a couple times now. She has done a phenomenal job. Lola is very guarded to new people, barks at everyone, and can be very intimidating at times if you don't know her. Abigail took her time re-introducing herself to Lola each time and has befriended Lola. Very compassionate and trustworthy.
I cannot say enough about Abigail, she is responsible, attentive and my dogs love her. I am probably considered high maintenance when it comes to the pups but I expect nothing but the best for them. Abby follows my instructions and when I go out of town, there are typically a few pages left for her. She knows what each dog likes, what they don’t. Who likes walks and who prefers rides in the car. Abigail is by far the only person I would trust with my pups. If you are looking for a friendly, responsible, professional dog sitter, who will love your pets like her own, she is the one for you.

Availability
I am currently a full-time student (fully online), so my schedule is very open and flexible. Most of my classes are asynchronous so I have flexibility during the week to let your dog out for a potty break, to take your dog on a walk/hike to release some energy, or even to just spend time with your dog during the day. For overnight dog sitting I am available for any day of the week.
