A little about me: *Important notice: Going on maternity leave beginning of June 2022-Fall 2022. As of June, I will no longer offer overnights indefinitely but will pick back up on walks and drop ins this Fall. Can’t wait to see you all again soon!* In high school, I got a job as a kennel assistant at a boarding facility. Since graduating high school, I've worked at a large doggy daycare in Westwood, Massachusetts for over a year and at one in Colchester, Vermont for 2.5 years. Around this time was when I really discovered my passion for animals. My goal is to own and manage my own dog daycare and boarding facility. Experience: I have plenty of experience taking care of dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and ages. I also have experience with dogs who have had major surgeries, blind & deaf dogs, diabetic dogs, and dogs who suffer from seizures. I also have experience taking care of- .chickens (I had 5 of my own) & ducks .cats .fish .gerbils .reptiles .sheep Certifications: Certified Volunteer for the ASPCA Pet first aid and CPR My stay with your dog(s) may include- . Lots of snuggles! . Walks/ hikes . Play time . Keeping them on their regular schedule/ routine

Abi was wonderful. Her communication was always prompt, and I immediately felt comfortable with her dropping in to watch my kitty. All of the instructions were followed perfectly, and she left detailed messages and great photos in the Rover app. I would absolutely hire Abi again.
Abi's communication is great. She sent multiple photos during each visit, was responsive and proactive about any observations or concerns, and checked in before and after the visit.
We love Abi! She is so sweet and does a fabulous job taking care of our cats. We appreciate her so much!🐱

A typical day
**I DO NOT OFFER BOARDING IN MY HOME (as of 2016)** I live on 5 acres with trails behind my yard. Dogs will enjoy long walks on the trails and will have a lot of space to run around and play.

I work full time remotely from 12:30-9pm. If you are looking for walks or drop ins this allows for plenty of availability on the mornings! If you are a house sitting client, this gives me the freedom to bring my laptop to your home while I am watching your pets!
