Hello, I’m Abbygale but go by Ari or Abby. Recently I adopted a cat where most of my experience comes from, as well as a different range of animals through Rover itself. My experience is a little basic but I am very open to growing.

This is the second time Ari has kittysat for me, and she is just as awesome again. She arrives with on time and searches for the kitties until she finds one to photo. She scoops the litter and does a great job with feeding.
I was very pleased with Abbygale’s kitty sitting. She came once a day for 2 weeks. One of my kitties likes to be outdoors and escaped. Abbygale came back later and let him in. She was timely every day and sent photos. She is very communicative if there is an issue (problem with door and escapee). She is very responsible. Great job!!!

We didn’t have a great experience with this sitter. When we came home we found multiple issues: giant puddle of water in our dog area from a broken water dish that was left with knowledge of its function (she told us it was broken and didn’t remove it), dog beds ripped up, other dog beds covered in urine, caked dog poop on the floor, chewed up baseboards, door frames and kitchen furniture, dog gates chewed up, broken and chewed up cups. It was very apparent when we walked in our home that it smelled of dog urine and based on the condition of things it was clear that our dogs were neglected and left in areas for long periods of time. One of our dogs also had diarrhea and was vomiting and not eating when we got home. I would not recommend using this sitter.

When it comes to caring for animals, I can only take up to three (3), I’m flexible in some regards but talking it through will result in the best case. I stick with the schedule, if given, so that the pet doesn’t stress out over it. I’ll be as flexible as given.

Please know, I’m very novice in any medical or puppy care, at most I can provide pills in the food. I cannot take puppies or dogs freshly out of puppyhood anymore.
A typical day
I’d love to be able to discover new paths when on the dog walks, as long as it seems danger free, so that we can tap into an adventurous spirit.

Availability
This schedule is in place August 21-December 13. I may not be able to leave campus to check-in with animals. I’m a full time student at TCC, my Fall 2023 schedule will roughly be: Monday 1-7, Tuesday/Thursday 12-4, Wednesday 9:30-7.
