My family has owned dogs all of my life, and they are one of my greatest passions! I am a graduate of Iowa State University, with a major in Animal Science and a minor in Nutrition. I work as a part-time Pet Care Attendant at a vet clinic and have previous experience as an intern at the Minnesota Guide Dog Breeding Center in Watkins, MN and volunteer at the Guide Dogs for the Blind vet clinic in San Rafael, CA.

Abby was amazing! This was our first dip into Rover and Abby made us feel super comfortable, she sent multiple pictures and kept us updated on the boys adventures. Would definitely recommend Abby.
Abby was prompt and very communicative. Our pup tends to be a bit timid with unfamiliar adults, but took an immediate liking for Abby. We will definitely ask for a return visit when we need a Rover.
Abby is the best. She is so sweet to our gal, and we highly recommend!

Please let me know any quirks I should look out for so I can provide the best care for your pet. For example, do they graze their meals instead of gobbling them right up? (Can't relate...) Are they anxious around new people? Are they territorial over food and toys?
A typical day
With three Labrador Retrievers at my parents' home, I'm pretty much an expert at fetch. But if your dog isn't into that, I'll find another game that keeps them entertained! Of course, if they would rather snooze the day away, I'm on board with that too.

Availability
I am available weekdays and weekends, but pets must be able to stay home alone or be kenneled for up to four hours at a time while I commute to and from shifts at work.
