I am an experienced care taker of pets and animals ranging from small puppies, large dogs, kittens, cats and even farm animals like horses, goats and chickens! I was born and raised on a ranch in Southwest Colorado where I was given a responsibility to tend to various animals at a young age, starting as early as 10 years old. Thus, the proper care of an animal was ingrained into me from the very start. My family and friends were always happy to ask me to tend to their animals. I am happiest and feel most passionate around animals, and believe profusely that every animal has a soul and deserves the best treatment under any circumstance. I am passionate that every pet needs adequate outdoor time, and am incredibly cautious on dog walks, and happy to let your pet enjoy his or her time entirely. What’s more is I am a great listener and am always observant of your pets needs. I have worked with trained dogs before such as sheep and cow dogs, and know what it is to maintain a dogs training. In regards to house visits, I am passionate about holding your home and your pets home in the highest regards. My experience includes training in Equine Facilitated Learning and Equine Experential Learning and working as a Ranch Hand on The Buffalo Woman Ranch in Southwest Colorado where I cared for 6 horses, a flock of chickens, 3 cats, and 2 dogs including an elderly dog in need of special treatment for a year, as well as 4+ years of caretaking on family ranches including 3 months of tending to 4 horses, 4 dogs and 2 cats on my own.
