Abby was wonderful. Theo stayed 6 days. He loved playing with her two dogs! She took several pics and always kept me updated. I HIGHLY recommend Abby! I will be using her again very soon!!

We were initially very pleased with Abby's communication, love of dogs and ratings. She had great communication on the first day/night and sent pix of our girl. She even brought her dog as well, which was great for our girls socialization. All seemed to be going well. We were surprised see another vehicle on our home security system, (assuming boyfriend?) which was perfectly fine with us, we just wished that it had been mentioned out of courtesy to know who is in our home. We had booked and prepaid for a mid day let out each day and then additional payment for the overnight stay. On the second day of the stay she and her guest were there until around 11am I believe. We assumed since she was there so late she would just come back early evening or make a later mid day trip back if she was to be late that night. We were wrong. Our girl remained in the kennel from 11am until 11pm with no potty or water break, which we had also prepaid for. We started to contact Abby around 9pm I believe and were told she would leave shortly and head to our home. We checked again around 10:30pm and received no response. We called Abby and were told she was caught up studying for finals and she was so sorry but she had just gotten to our home or was close. Abby left the next morning and left us a kind note apologizing and stated if we indeed did want our money back for the missed trip to let her know or she will credit a future sit. She apologized and explained she would not expect her dog to be left that long either. We were not upset by any means, we would just like peace of mind when we leave our home and pet in the care of someone. We were stressing on our vacation as to whether our girl was taken care of, it was not a comfortable feeling. We had initially wanted to book her for another trip a few weeks later but felt uneasy. This trip would not allow us to check on our pup through cell service and it was just too much of a risk. We would like to hope this was an isolated incident since her reviews are still VERY high. I do believe she mentioned it being final week for school etc so we chocked it up to that and moved on.
