I have taken care of a variety of different dogs including elderly, puppies, shy dogs, jump in your face dogs, and everything in between! I can perform bathing including nails, long walks/hikes or runs, and training.

Abby is the sweetest most caring person I know. She has worked with dogs at a pet resort which I have personally seen. Every dog she has come in contact with loves her. Abby has also watched my Tater many many times in my home. From just stopping by to let him go potty and for a walk, to watching him overnight. I fully trust her in my home and with my boy. Her knowledge of dogs has been very helpful too. She’s taught me how to clip his nails and given great advice for the tools and techniques I needed to get him to walk nicely on a leash. My Tater loves Abby and gets excited to see her each and every time she watches him. I am always able to rest easy knowing that I left my boy in her care.

Amazing pet care stems from truly understanding a dog for who they are. This is the type of care I guarantee because I get to know each dog I take care of. No two dogs are the same. From knowing which toy is their favorite to knowing what the dog wants from a simple look, I use my knowledge and experience of dog behavior to best cater to my clients. This being said, I would like to know of any behavioral issues or injuries ahead of time to best approach my first meeting with the dog.
A typical day
Caring for dogs in my eyes includes physical and mental stimulation. Whether that be in a good game of fetch, a hike, a walk around the neighborhood, scavenger hunts, training, or other engaging activities, each dog I care for will be exercised mentally and physically.

Availability
I work part time at a pet resort, but am able to perform services whenever I am available! The shifts there are usually only 6 hours, so no worries about potty breaks! I attend college near Pittsburgh, so my availability will reflect when I am home on breaks!
