Unfortunately, I have to write a bad review with a heavy heart. I truly hope our experience was a fluke for the pets sake. We booked for Abby to watch our 8 month old puppy for a week. She did not show up for our dog which led us to cancel our booking and find a friend to watch her (inconvenient when you are 2,000 miles away). We have a dog camera with motion detection that she was aware of and had access to. She said she had let her out but I had a gut feeling and went back to check on the camera and there was no record of her coming to let my dog out. My friend had confirmed at the time he went to take Marla our puppy back to his place that there was no way she was there due to the way our apartment was left. This is first irresponsible, and abusive to our puppy. Our puppy was left in her crate 7 hours without a potty break. Lying should not be tolerated. We have proof she was never there. I cannot believe what would have happened if we did not have our camera. We are extremely upset about the situation. On another note she was late by 2 hours the first meet and greet and almost 2 hours on our second walk through. It is unacceptable. I am writing this so this does not happen to another dog/family. I wish we had a better experience.

Abby has always been an uplifting and vibrant soul in my younger brother's friend group, so it was no surprise that when he couldn't watch over my two, elderly miniature schnauzers while I was on vacation that she volunteered without hesitation! She would immediately inform me when she came over to my house to take them for walks, go to a dog park, clean and supply their food bowls, and playing with them. Her announcements and consistency of care was highlighted when I arrived back home and my dogs looked as healthy and jubilant as when I first left them. It was like I was never even gone! Abby is more than capable of handling animals - she's destined to take care of anything she appreciates.
