I’ve had experience caring for pets since I was 10 years old! Growing up, I always cared for our family dogs, giving them their medications and playing with them everyday. During college is when I truly realized my passion for helping dogs. I rescued my Sadie after hurricane Florence and adopted her sister, Stella a few months later. While living in North Carolina, I volunteered at a local rescue walking dogs, transporting them to the vet and to adoption events, and even fostering 8 puppies throughout a 6 month period. Due to the coronavirus, I am currently available full time! My schedule is very flexible as my husband is able to care for our dogs during the day. I have a fenced in yard and live near several nice trails for walking. My Stella loves all dogs and my Sadie gets along well with a slow introduction in our home. At the dog park, she does great with other dogs. I can provide care in my home or yours and can take your pet to the dog park with your permission.
