Hello, my name is Abby. I am a business student studying at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. I've been around animals my entire life and am a very experienced house sitter. Growing up living next to a farm, I cared for the animals while my neighbors were traveling and or at work. Later I started house sitting for family friends, customers and coworkers. I have many families I regularly house sit for. I am versed in caring for dogs, cats, birds (as well as chickens, ducks, geese), guinea pigs. I have patience and am a compassionate owner myself. I've had a dog since I was 8 years old, and took care of her while growing up. I frequently took her for short walks, massaged her hips, and would cook her specialty meals. I gave her, her medicine and extra love and attention until she passed in 2016. The following year, I was graced with the opportunity to adopt a puppy in need. I was adamant about puppy training for our new family pup. My dog stays at my family's home, so he will not be attending my care requests. I am comfortable with dogs of all ages older or younger. My schedule fluctuates because of school, however I live in Fairbanks year-round, and I am usually available.
