Pet care experience
Abby has grown up around all kinds of animals and has personally raised goats, horses, chickens, cats and dogs. She has been a dog walker and dog sitter and currently owns an eight-year old cat that she loves and adores. She has also volunteered at multiple animal shelters and shadowed a vet for a summer. She is a responsible adult who works remotely for an environmental non-profit in Oakland. Walking and caring for dogs and cats as a supplement income is a dream job! She has worked with numerous clients in the Bay Area and has experience with all types of dogs and cats. While there's a special place in my heart for the elderly citizens I get to watch, I enjoy watching and caring for all.

Abby was an excellent cat sitter! Not only did she stop in twice daily to feed our two kittens, she also played with them at each visit to ensure they were getting enough stimulation. She brought in packages for us that arrived while we were out of town and changed out their litter every other day. Abby's communication was prompt, thorough, and included so many photos and videos which helped to reassure us that they were doing fine. We will definitely book drop in visits with Abby again!

I also enjoy teaching basic tricks or commands for added engagement and bonding.
