Pet care experience
I have been working and watching all forms of pets for over 10 years. Many clients rely on me for long periods to watch over their fur babies and homes. For my typical clients, I check in on the pets 1-5 days during the week for 30mins to an hour each time. I also have worked as a live-in sitter. I am comfortable with pets of all sizes and ages, for pets under a year old I prefer at least a week's notice. I do dog training for basic obedience and potty training. I am currently taking college classes at a University, and my schedule can be flexible for my classes. For dog walking, I request a leash and a harness. I prefer a fenced-in backyard for dog training, but I am also comfortable with in-home training. For overnight jobs, I am comfortable with pets that free roam and also with animals that are crated during the night.

Abby has done it again! She provided outstanding care for our dogs and cats while we were away for 5 days. Just like before, we returned to happy pets and a spotless home. It’s clear Abby is a natural with animals and she treats them like her own. She’s an excellent communicator and sends regular pictures, videos and update’s. We feel extremely fortunate to have found such a reliable, caring pet sitter. Can’t recommend Abby enough!
Abby has cared for our pets on two occasions and we’ve already booked her for our next vacation. Our picky dogs took to her immediately and our cats love the extra attention. On today’s stop-in visit, Abby even took our dogs for a walk in the snow! After being gone all day we came home to 4 very happy and content pets.
Abby did so well with our animals. We have chickens and she was experienced in taking care of livestock. We were able to completely relax on our vacation because we knew our pets were in great hands. She sent videos and pictures daily. We couldn’t have anything more.

A typical day
I love to play fetch and tug with dogs! For cats, I love playing with feather toys if the pet enjoys them! For larger dogs, I am happy to ruff house within reason. For high-energy dogs, I will run with them to get energy out.

Aside from my classes during the week I have plenty of time to play with your fur babies! Pet sitting is my primary job and takes precedent in my schedule!
