Pet care experience
Hi! My names Abigail! I'm from a small town in Tennessee. I've grown up loving and being around all kinds of animals. I plan on going to school and studying Animal Science to become a Veterinarian. Through out high school I would dog sit family/ family friends pets and their home. I've volunteered at an animal clinic, and worked at a pet boarding facility called "Pet Suites of America" in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. After high school I worked for my local veterinarian clinic for the past 2 years. I graduated High School in May of 2021 and I'm wanting to pet sit during the summer for a little extra money to pay towards my collage tuition. I'll be offering pet/home sitting over night or it can be just for the day. I can also do drop ins. I have experience with dogs and cats of all ages and sizes, and special needs pets. When staying or dropping by your home to look after your pet(s) I intend to keep a watch on them at all times! I'll care for your fur baby like it's my own. I would love for a description of what a normal day for your dog (or cat) looks like, so I can keep them in the same routine as if it was any other day.

Abbie spent 4 days and 3 nights watching our home and our two babies, Kya and Greta. Greta is a highly active 1 year old German Shepard and Kya is a 7 year old less active Shepard. Abbie kept my wife informed daily with text and pictures, my wife just returned home to find our home in order, well kept and most of all our girls safe and happy!!! Thank you Abbie we’d happy to use you again!!

Some information that'd be nice to know ahead of time is their feeding schedule, any medical issues, and if your pet is on any medications and how they are distributive. I am able to give insulin and to pets along with any other medications.
A typical day
How the day goes depends on your dog and their personality! If their more of the type who likes to chill out and just wants some loving then that's what they'll get, but if your pup is full of energy and wants to play fetch for hours at a time that is no problem!

Availability
I currently work at nights my local Hospital as a PCT, usually Sunday-Tuesday 7p-7a. Thats why I have it as not available for Sunday-Tuesday. I can do in home visits during Sunday-Tuesday but I will be away for 12 hours during the night.
