Hello! My name is Abbey, I have a passion for working with animals, and I'm looking to grow my business. I have worked as both a vet tech and a kennel attendant and am now pursuing a dream to run my own doggy daycare and boarding business. I am currently starting off small and running this business in my home. I offer a variety of services including boarding, daycare, and basic grooming. I will also do drop in visits if you prefer I visit your pet in your home. Abbey has been fantastic with our pets. Both our dogs have been on medication during Abbey’s visits. She has been great with instructions and with administering the meds. She’s also great with communication. It’s great to know our pets are in good hands while we travel!

I have no breed preferences, all friendly dogs are welcome in my home. I do like to know fears, medical conditions, and brief histories of all the dogs that come to stay with me. REQUIREMENTS FOR BOARDING AND DAYCARE: -All dogs must get along with other dogs. -All dogs must be able to be crated for short periods of time, just in case. -All dogs must be up to date on primary vaccinations. (Rabies, DHPP) -All dogs must pass a temperament test in my home before first reservation.
A typical day
When dogs come to stay with me, I strive to ensure they are exercising both their bodies and their minds. Some examples of physical activities include long walks, visiting the dog park, swimming (in the summer), and playing fetch. Some examples of mental activities include basic obedience practice using positive reinforcement, food puzzles, and peanut butter kongs.
