Hoping to be back with more availability in the near future! *PLEASE NOTE: Due to a sometimes varying work schedule I am no longer accepting any additional WEEKLY walks, just on an as-needed basis.* I'm an experienced dog-sitter looking to add a little joy to my WFH days by walking or checking in on some pups. I love being with and taking care of dogs. The only reason I don't have one now is my apartment doesn't allow them. Growing up, I had a maltese/poodle we adopted as an adult dog. He was special needs with epilepsy, and lived to be 17. Seizures were the norm and I was familiar with giving him his medication and soothing him when they occurred. During and after college, I dogsat two English bulldogs and frequently did daily drop-in visits with them when I worked from home. One was a senior and one was a puppy/young dog - both had drastically different personalities. I loved spending time with them! Being a lazy breed, neither cared for walks, so when I dropped in I would play with them outside until they were tired, sunbathe with them on nice days, and generally give them attention. I recently became more acquainted with puppy life when my aunt adopted a baby Australian shepherd - I see him as much as I can and have loved watching him grow and learn! A plus to this is I'm now immune to puppy shark teeth.
