Pet care experience
Dogs are people, too! And they deserve the same love and care as any human family member would! I've been around dogs for most of my life and have cared for many while their owners were out "adventuring". I do work a full time job during the week, but would be willing to care for your pup in the early morning before I leave and after I return in the evenings (I might even make an extra visit mid-day, based on mileage from my job!). I can administer oral medications and will provide a "DIY Groomer experience" upon request (bath, brush and "blowout"). I can also try to trim their nails. I will give your fur children as much love and attention as you do!

It was our first time ever using a dog sitter for 2 of our 5 dogs while we went camping. We arranged a "meet and greet" about a week before and introduced Abbey to our dogs. They seemed very comfortable with her. When she did her drop in visits while we were out of town, she always send us pics of our babies. Abbey brought in our mail, fed the wild birds as asked, and gave our dogs treats. It was an overall great experience and I would use Abbey again the next time we cannot take our dogs with us.

A typical day
Depending on the neighborhood, we will do most of our walks close to home, but I would also love to take your dog for a walk "off campus" at either Riverside Park (on the paths dogs are allowed) or Lagoon Greenway trail on Indian River Boulevard. I would also take your dog to the dog park if that's a favorite activity (my dog doesn't stay at dog parks too long: he likes his alone time). We might even take a trip to the dog friendly beach in Jensen Beach!
