As a cat parent myself, I've noticed our feline friends are overlooked in pet sitting services. That's why I offer pet-sitting services exclusively for cats! I get along with cats and kittens of all shapes and sizes, and I can honestly say I've never met a cat I didn't like! I like to think of myself as a cat whisperer, due to my innate ability to connect with animals and cats on a spiritual level. (Some people might call me a crazy cat lady, but I wear that label proudly, too!) This allows me to have deeply fulfilling bonds and relationships with any cat, regardless of how long I've known them. I've owned 3 cats over my lifetime and it is my passion to care for them. I have experience with all ages, from kittens that need more attention & play, to senior citizens that require more advanced medical care and compassion. Being an exclusive cat sitter, I can offer you premium cat-care service beyond just the standard feeding, litter cleaning, and occasional check-ins. I will go above and beyond to make sure your cat feels loved, taken care of, and happy while you're away. I spent lots of time cuddling with, petting, grooming, talking to, and playing with my own cats throughout my life. I would treat your cat as one of my own and provide it the same level of care, comfort and attention as I would to my own fur babies. My kitten had a wonderful stay and seemed happy and comfortable the whole time. Aamina even introduced her to another cat (only the second time she's met another) and by the end of it they were BFFs. I really appreciate the extra effort, and the ability to separate when necessary. Aamina also had literally everything an owner could want! Plenty of toys, space to run around, cat trees, multiple rooms, and already set-up litter boxes, food bowls, etc. made my life easier. She was flexible, communicwtive, and coordinated with another person to pick up while I was still away. I would definitely recommend her for cat boarding!
This is the second time Aamina has taken care of our cats. Once again she went above and beyond. Not only were they happy and well cared for, Aamina took care of our house as well.
Aamina was super communicative and sent lots of pictures and videos during my pet's stay. Her home is very clean and well-equipped for taking care of cats. My cat, Gizmo, is a bit shy but did very well staying with Aamina. I will def book her again in the future!
Left my kitty with Aamina for 3 nights and I’m so glad we found her. I requested a stay, we set up a meet and greet a couple days later to get to know each other, then drop off and pick up at the set time. Aamina was extremely easy to work with, very accommodating to my request for the cat and we were updated about him everyday. Will definitely ask for her help next time we go on a trip!

I am also experienced with Rover as I have been a customer of Rover for over 5 years now. I value communication between all my clients and I will always keep you in the loop as much as you'd like. I provide a safe and loving environment for your cat to feel comfortable while you are away - many have called me a cat whisperer because even the most unfriendly cats tend to eventually warm up to me! I value all my clients and their furry friends. Client retention is one of my top priorities - I am ready to not only care for your cat, but build a relationship with them so that they can feel more comfortable and secure with having the same sitter consistently while you are away!

It is helpful to provide an emergency Vet Contact, including Vet and/or hospital name, location, and phone number. While I have never needed to take a client's cat to the vet, I like to be prepared for emergencies *just in case*. Written instructions are also helpful, though optional, particularly if feeding or litter needs are more complex. Otherwise, I will review all details with you during our meet and greet to ensure I have a good understanding of your cat's specific needs.
A typical day
I start all my visits off with a friendly greeting and pets for your kitty. I talk to them and make sure they are doing okay, play with their favorite toys, and make sure to give them lots of pets and cuddles (if they want it). This allows me to put the focus of my care on not just the chores to be done, but the cat themselves! I will then complete all necessary tasks such as cleaning the litter, changing as needed, feeding, filling/changing water bowls, administering any special medications or any other special needs. Before leaving, I may provide them with some treats as allowed, more pets, cuddles, and play to their heart's content. I make sure the house is in the same condition or better each time I leave, and double check to make sure all tasks and home instructions are complete!

Availability
I am currently doing Rover FULL-TIME and accepting new clients! I'm available throughout the day as needed for drop-in visits, check-ins, or feeding times around a strict schedule. I am also available for weekend overnight stays in your home or mine if desired. I will always try my best to work with your schedule as needed!
