“Lauren took amazing care of both my dog, Appa, and my cat, Luna, while I was away. Appa can be a little shy at first, but she was incredibly patient and gentle with him. By the end of her stay, he was totally comfortable and clearly enjoyed their time together. She handled his walks with care and made sure he stuck to his routine. Luna also got plenty of love and attention, and I appreciated how thoughtful Lauren was with both pets—making sure they were fed, happy, and comfortable. She kept in touch with updates and photos, which gave me total peace of mind. Honestly, I didn’t worry once while I was away. That kind of trust is rare, and I’ll definitely be using Lauren again!”

About: With a lifetime of hands-on experience, I’ve been caring for dogs of all breeds, ages, and personalities since I was 8 years old. From playful puppies to gentle seniors, I’ve done it all—training, feeding, bathing, walking, and giving every pup the love and attention they deserve. As an adult, I deepened my senior care skills by adopting an older dog from the pound—watching him blossom under my care was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Dogs naturally trust me, and I treat each one like family. In addition to my love of dogs I equally love cats having had three of my own over the course of my adulthood- Two male tabbies and one long-haired female Persian mix. Whether your dog is young, old, shy, or spirited, I provide calm, loving, reliable care tailored to their needs. Let your dog -and/or cat- feel safe, happy, and at home—even when you’re not. As a self-employed person I set my own schedule and love having the flexibility to work around the needs of your pet to accommodate feedings, potty brakes and playtime. I have a dog-friendly neighborhood I've lived in for 15 years for long walks on a leash and a serene upstairs apartment. I have years of overnight pet-sitting experience and would respect your space and care for your pet as if it were my own.

“Thank you Allena! The whole family appreciates your kind hearted, care and attention for both our dog and cat. They were well taken care of, and I appreciate the fact that there were no messes to clean up when we got home, yay! I know that Chip, our dog, is a little neurotic and maybe I’m putting mildly. The fact that you were able to garner his love and affection within just a few days of meeting him and set up a great relationship of trust is really a testament to your love for dogs. We were super impressed that are cat, Azzy, came out long enough for you to get a couple of pictures from his hiding spots. Thank you for sending the photos along of them when you could and for keeping up daily with their schedule. We would recommend your services to anyone. Thanks again for all that you did.”

“Kenya was on time and very attentive to the care instructions for Maya. My furbaby was very happy when I got home. I look forward to her taking care of Maya on my upcoming trip :-)”

“Erin was prompt with her responses and drop ins - which were twice daily. I loved the updates and it was clear to see our senior pups were smitten with her! It was so nice to be able to relax while we were away knowing our furry friends were in good hands ❤️”

About: I love love love all animals; I even donate to a lot of rescues and have fostered dogs. Dogs have a special place in my heart—I call them fur angels—and I’ve had them my entire life. I had to lay my last rescue (she was actually a foster fail—I kept her instead of adopting her out!) to rest on 3/17/25 and there is a huge, gaping hole in my heart. My heart needs some time to recover before getting another one. I’ve had and cared for dogs my entire life. I absolutely love getting to know their unique personalities, treating them with nothing but the love and affection they all deserve, and walking, playing, spoiling, and (especially!) cuddling with them. I would love to take care of yours as if you were taking them to grandma’s! If you want to do a meet-and-greet, I’d love the opportunity to meet your fur angel. :) I’m currently working for myself from home on my own schedule so I am extremely flexible. I can give potty breaks as often as possible, but I don’t have a fenced yard to let them roam free, so it will be leashed potty breaks/walks outside. Updating for scheduling clarification: A “drop-in visit” is for me to come to your home and care for your dog. This includes letting them outside in a fenced yard for a potty break and zoomies, if they desire, as well as food, fresh water, and cuddle and play time. A “Dog Walk” is for me to come to your pet and walk them for the amount of time you book. The actual length of the walk/time outside will be impacted by your wishes, the weather (heat, especially), and if there’s anything else I need to fit into the booked window, such as time for water, eating, playing, etc. Obviously, I want happy pet parents and pets and will always do the best I can to care for your pet as if he/she were my own. :) I am currently without my own dog for the first time in decades, so your fur angel will have me all to themselves! I will be as “spoiling” or “strict” as you’d like. I gave my own dogs a healthy level of structure and manners but they were also really spoiled. I will follow your wishes as it is your fur baby. As a baseline, I make sure they have comfortable places to lay, as much active time as they’d like, and plenty of water, treats, and food-and, of course, tons of cuddles!!

“Renee is awesome with Bodie. She's been doing drop-ins for us for several months now. We are so grateful to have met her! Renee is reliable, caring, and trustworthy. She's has been so wonderful with our highly energetic dog, making sure that he gets the attention that he needs while we are away.”

“Jeff was great with my cat Fred. He helped me get rid of the stress knowing that I could go on my family vacation and that Fred would be checked in on at home. I was able to enjoy being gone and I liked the pictures and updates from him. I would definitely recommend Jeff and will check with him first next time I need someone to check on Fred.”

About: Hello. My name is Martha and I can't wait to meet your best little friend. I have been taking care of my own pets for the last 40 years and would love help take care of your fantastic four legged babies. My current doggie Zoey is a 1 year old Jackabee who requires lots of activities and exercise that I happily give her daily in our large fenced in back yard and multiple trips to a near by Dog Park at Park of the Americas. Currently I am between jobs so I am able to give full time care for your sweet puppy, which is great for those potty emergencies. Even in the event that I would have to leave it's never longer than an hour and my Mother or Husband would be home to help. I have a big fenced in yard that is perfect for play and exercise. Rainy days aren't a problem cause we have a spacious screened in porch. Overnight we keep our Zoey in a crate near our bed and we are able to divide space in the house if your fur baby needs quiet time. There are two beautiful parks within walking distance, one with a Dog Park. I have two kids that love dogs and are eager to help play with there new Puppy Dog Pal. I have taken care of several older dogs in my time including giving medication, appropriate exercise and proper diet. I do ask that your pet be potty trained Please. I am in between jobs right now so I've got plenty of time to look after your sweet puppers. They will have plenty of open spaces, either in our yard or at the Dog Park that's within walking distance. We have a very large fenced in back yard. For rainy days we can play on our spacious screened in porch. In my life I've taken care of older pets too including giving medication, appropriate exercise and proper diet. Our Pup and all her furry friends get all the love and affection they'll ever need, and then some more.

“Thank you!!! Sara was such a big help when we went out of town. Her notes via the app were so sweet, and I loved the pictures she sent! Highly recommended :)”

About: I’ve spent all 37 years of my life with pets in my care - but I count the last 19 years, caring for my own dogs and cats as an adult, as my true foundation in pet care. Nearly every one of them has been a rescue, senior, or had special needs. That means I’m deeply experienced in behavioral quirks, chronic conditions, blindness, dementia, mobility issues, and medication routines. I’ve personally raised three dogs through rescue and end-of-life stages, and I’m also a registered foster with Orange County Animal Services. When I’m not actively pet sitting, I’m often fostering pups and helping them get healthy, home-ready, and adopted. It’s given me strong instincts, deep empathy, and the ability to quickly adapt to different temperaments and needs. I’m also well-known at the Animal Hospital of Baldwin Park just down the road - if you ever want a professional reference for my care history, they’ve seen it all. I work fully remote from home and run my own business, so I’m with your dog nearly all day - no long absences, no daily commuting. Aside from a quick gym session or short errand, I’m here and available to give your pup attention, structure, and affection throughout the day. I build in regular potty breaks, playtime, and walks - whether your dog needs a few minutes of sniffing the block or a full neighborhood stroll. My flexible schedule means I can adapt to your dog’s existing routine to help them feel calm, cared for, and right at home. I live in a spacious, single-story home in the friendly Colonialtown North neighborhood with a privacy-fenced backyard - perfect for safe outdoor play and stress-free potty breaks. Inside, I have three indoor security cameras in the main living space so I can always check in if I step out. Whether your dog is crate-trained or free-roaming, I can accommodate your preferences. I’ve worked with dogs who need more freedom, extra quiet, or specific setup to feel safe - especially rescues and seniors. I also have two sweet, dog-savvy cats who either keep to themselves or gently befriend slower or senior pups.

My family has been a foster home for a Central Florida rescue for several years. We have experience with many doggie personalities and even special needs. While vacationing with our family, your friendly four-legged loved one will have a chance to... Sleep the same way they sleep at home Socialize with resident playmates Visit the nearby dog park Play inside and outside in our fenced backyard Go for pack walks on leashes Get lots of love from my 2 daughters Enjoy a luxurious bath Get a snazzy new haircut I do offer discounts for families with multiple dogs. I have various sized crates for crate-trained dogs and I only use them for crate-trained dogs when requested by the parent. I keep food available in multiple bowls at all times of night and day (to let the dogs know they don't have to protect their resources) unless your pet has a specific dietary need, in which case I will feed them separately and my dogs' food will be kept out of reach. My dogs stay vaccinated and on prevention meds at all times so that you don't have to worry and I don't have to worry if your dog isn't perfectly up to date or if you can't find the records. I’m already going through a daily dog routine with my two, so why not add another? We feed them twice a day and go for a walk in the evening. I have a fenced yard and a flap door so they can go outside as needed anytime. We allow guests to live among our family as members of the pack. We have experience with special diets, administering medications, and basic grooming as needed.

About: I have two dogs and two cats at home, so caring for animals is part of my everyday life. I’ve looked after pets of all ages, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need medication and special care. What makes me different is the genuine attention I give to each pet. I follow instructions closely and treat every animal as if they were my own. Since I work from home, I’m able to schedule check-ins around meetings and stay flexible throughout the day. I keep my service radius small so I can get to your pet quickly if anything unexpected comes up. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my priority. Safety and trust are at the heart of how I care for pets. Whether I’m in your home or mine, I create a calm and comfortable environment where your pet feels secure and loved. I always follow your care instructions closely, keep routines consistent, and make sure food, water, and medications are handled properly. I’m mindful of your pet’s personality and needs, giving them the space or attention they’re used to. You can count on me to treat your home and your pet with the same respect and care I give my own.

Lake Underhill pet parents share their Rover experiences
Kellee was amazing with Mclovin also taking care of my 3 parakeets and beta fish. She is very attentive and caring and am so glad I met her right before my European vacation as I was able to go with confidence due to how my cat mingled with her. She is warm and sweet and I’m excited to use her services again for my future trips!

I couldn't be more pleased with Lauren! From the moment I met her I could tell they were genuine, responsible, and had a true love for dogs. Kenai absolutely loved her. Th e walks are always punctual, and I love that she shares updates with photos and notes about each walk
