It was especially kind of them to care for Addie for multiple weeks over the holidays. Their flexibility and willingness to provide such attentive care during a busy time of year meant so much to me, and it truly showed how open and compassionate they are. Valerie was also an incredible communicator throughout Addie’s stay, sending tons of photos and updates that kept me reassured and connected. Seeing Addie’s happy face in every photo made me smile and truly put my mind at ease. The entire experience was seamless, and I truly wouldn’t change a thing. Their communication, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals make them absolutely exceptional. “Theresa saved the day for us! Our sitter had to cancel the week before our trip and Theresa was a perfect fit for our 13 year old senior girls. She was so incredibly patient with them and all of their quirks. She took care of eye drops, eye ointment, special diets, poor vision and hearing, cleaning eyes and faces, making pony tails and letting someone hide under the covers when it stormed. Theresa just went above and beyond as far as we are concerned and will be delighted to have the girls stay with her anytime!”

“Kim was so accommodating with me. Willow was going to arrive around 2pm, then 4pm and then after 5pm as our drive and lunch stop took longer than expected. Willow is not used to other dogs since she is an only dog at home and can get quite stressed but she was great when I picked her up and Kim and her husband updated me with pictures with her on their laps and outside. She was always very prompt to respond. Nice big back yard which Willow loves. Overall, it was a great experience - way better than a kennel.”
