About: I am a foster Mom for rescue dogs. I've also successfully trained a service dog for Helping Paws. Dog sitting is a way for me to socialize pets while helping out fellow dog lovers. I offer pick up and delivery service as well as airport runs for clients as a convenience for folks who live nearby. My home is conveniently located off of 394 and 494. The fenced in back yard is escape proof (rescue dog tested) and I have gates in the house to keep dogs from escaping through open doors. Safety is a priority. I retired from corporate life a few years ago and found my new passion is caring for pets. My husband is also a big help! I'm typically gone from 2-4 hours each day and home the rest of the time. Pet care brings pure joy and happiness into my day! My husband is frequently home when I am out and about. I have a fenced yard and doggy door that most dogs learn how to use very quickly. Making sure dogs are compatible with each other is a priority. Slow introductions are managed by having dogs meet in a neutral space and then we go for a walk so the dogs get used to each other before entering the house for more socializing.
