About: Dogs have been part of my family for as long as I can remember — they’re truly woven into the fabric of my life. After 15 years as a large animal and livestock farmer, I’ve handled every kind of surprise animals can throw at me — so I’m up for unusual circumstances. Your pup will have 10 fully fenced acres to explore, sniff, and zoom to their heart’s content. And they won’t be alone! I have four animal-loving kids who can’t wait to run, play, and snuggle with new furry friends. I work from home, and my kids are homeschooled so we are home most of the time, so we are available for potty breaks and snuggles throughout the day. During the school year we attend a homeschool co-op for much of the day Tuesday and Thursday. We have 10 fully fenced acres for safe, joyful exploring, plus two friendly dogs and four dog-savvy cats to keep your pup company. Crating is available if needed (especially for new potty trainers), but we love welcoming guest dogs right into our daily routine. Your dog can enjoy farm walks, endless ball throwing, and plenty of cozy couch time with us. They’ll feel like part of the family from day one!

I’m confident with everything from barn cats to reactive dogs, and I’m no stranger to giving meds—pills, topicals, even injections. Whether your pet needs a calm walk, some playtime, or just a little company while you’re away, I’ve got it covered. My flexible schedule means your pet gets reliable care and plenty of attention—because they deserve nothing less! Pet care fits perfectly into my current lifestyle because I have an open and flexible schedule. That means I can focus on giving your pet the attention they deserve—whether it’s a midday walk, an early morning visit, or a last-minute check-in. I’m not juggling a 9–5, so your pet gets a sitter who’s reliable, available, and fully present. When I care for pets in a client’s home, I make sure to stick closely to their normal routine—because pets feel safest when things feel familiar. Whether it’s refreshing food and water, going for a walk, playtime, or just offering some company and belly rubs, I’m all about making your pet feel comfortable and cared for. About: Your fur baby will have a blast with our pack! Winnie, Tater and Goose are the ultimate pals. We will be sure to keep your pup entertained and a great way to get exercise and affection while you’re away! If you have an older dog, I can offer one on one snuggle time and a calm relaxing environment separate from the other pups. We have 2 acres and enjoy outside playtime. We frequent the dog park in Louisa and hiking trails from Richmond to Charlottesville. Common treats are homemade chicken jerky and sardines. Please let me know if your pup is not on a tick preventative. We treat our yard with a dog safe spray but enjoy recreational activities away from home and would like to be extra cautious for your fur baby. I have full weekday and have full weekend availability! We enjoy going on walks in our neighborhood or the park close by early in the morning and late at night before it gets too hot. Depending on your pup’s age, younger ones will have tater and goose to play with. Older/calmer pups will stay with Winnie and I in a separated part of the house. I will care for your pup however you feel they will do the best (:

About: Let me provide you with peace of mind while you're away! I'm a licensed veterinary technician with many years of professional pet care experience. I began pet sitting when I was in high school, got my Bachelor's degree in zoology as well as my dog training certification, worked as a kennel manager for a boarding kennel after graduating college, then went back to school and became a licensed vet tech. Now I'm working part -time, which puts me in an ideal situation to offer some pet sitting services. I also have years of dog training experience, and I train and compete in dog agility in my spare time. As a former kennel manager and as a pet parent, I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust to care for your pets while you're away. I know that your pets are members of your family, and they deserve to be treated as such. I will care for your pets as I care for my own fur-babies. I can provide a safe, comfortable home-away-from-home for your dogs where they will get plenty of attention and interaction! My home includes 3 dogs and 2 dog-friendly cats. I have a fully fenced yard for the dogs. If your pet has any medical needs, I can provide them whatever they need. To provide the safest environment for your dog(s) as well as my own, I do request that your dog(s) be up to date on vaccines as well as flea/tick prevention and heartworm prevention before staying with us in our home. I also request that puppies be crate trained. As it has come up in the past, please be aware that I am NOT willing to use an electronic/shock collar on your dog while they are under my care. Please understand that I have a young child at home, and her safety is my top priority. For that reason, I can only board dogs that are child-friendly and gentle. If I believe that your dog(s) staying in our home will in any way cause a safety concern, I will decline the boarding request. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have, so please don't hesitate to contact me! *Holiday rates apply.* I'm currently working part -time at a local animal clinic, and I have availability to pet sit Fridays-Mondays. About: Have had dogs ever since I was a toddler. Grew up with pugs and French bulldogs. Currently have my own pug puppy and dachshund and have experience with my brothers black lab as well. Big or small dogs, love them all. Only work three days a week so would love to help out with your fur baby on my days off I work three days a week as a nurse at the hospital and am off the other four. Open schedule on my days off and would love to help. I have two small dogs in my house. Prefer to do in home visits or walks. Am comfortable house sitting as well. Whatever you prefer

About: I've had dogs all my life as a kid and now as an adult! Love dogs to no end, Have a New Foundland and Golden Retriever. Fenced in back yard on 4 acres, Not into bathing and grooming dogs but will give them the care they need and more! I'm retired military and will make this a fulltime thing if things work out! I currently work part time at Lowe's and my wife is home during the day I have a fenced in backyard and also have 2 dogs of my own. I am able to care for dogs in your home as long as we live fairly close together and my wife is home to care for our pups!

About: I have worked with several different types, sizes, and personalities of dogs. I also have experience with older dogs and being sensitive to their needs as they age. Providing a calm and reasurring presence to my canine friends, whether they are excited to see me or feeling a little stressed with their owner gone. I try to give my animal companions the best quality of life possible for them. I really love what I do. I currently work part time so I am able to give lots of time spending with furry friends. Animal care has become part of my daily routine and I couldn't imagine life with out it. In others homes I keep the enviorment low key and peaceful so as not disrupt them. I am typically off on Wednesdays and Sundays. With enough notice my schedule can be a bit flexible. I am very detail oriented and punctual. I take notes on feeding routines, any medication they may need, and exercise and playtime ✨ I prefer to have a meet and greet to insure compatibility and familiarity 💕

I love getting to know each dog and learning what they like best, whether that’s a quiet walk in the park or some snuggles on the couch and fetch in the backyard. I have experience with all types of dogs and always treat them as if they were my own. I’m currently working part time as a dog trainer so that will give me plenty of time to play with your pups! I’d love to gain regular clients that I can provide reliability for. I always work to ensure they safety of your pet and would love to know what you expect of your dog (whether that’s not jumping/pulling on walk, ect) and with a knowledge in training I can help reinforce the behaviors you like to see! I’m also very good at reading dog body language and love to see your pups feeling comfortable and confident in our adventures.
