We did a test run before my 6 day trip and Shanti howled, cried and barked for over an hour. Suzanne kept her till she felt, Shanti felt comfortable. During her longer stay, Shanti was able to be her fun and loving self, proved by photos. I highly recommend Suzanne for all of your pets needs.
