If I have to run an errand during the day, my small dog feels more comfortable in his crate but my big dog is trusted to hang out in the house. I’m happy to do whatever you feel is best for your dog should I need to leave the house briefly. When I care for dogs in their own home, I’m focused on respect and safety. About: I would love to take care of your fur babies in our ‘pups paradise’! I live just a few minutes West of Sioux Falls on 20 acres! There is plenty of room for your fur babies to run, play & enjoy some time in the country! I have tons of experience caring for critters of all ages… from young to elderly… low energy to tons of energy…. and the super social to not so social. I love them all! I am currently working from home which allows me the opportunity to take extra special care of your four-legged family members. This includes time outside & plenty of play time! I have a very large, fenced backyard where your pups can run and play! About: I’ve lived my entire life with pets of some kind. Dogs and cats. I have had my own dogs for over 10 years and have never let one I don’t love! I work from home all but one day a week so I am home with my dogs all day and am able to let them out, feed them, snuggle them whenever they need! I have a fenced yard and 2 smaller dogs that love making friends. I am home all day but one a week so am able to make sure they are attended to with all their needs!

About: I love all animals but dogs have a special place in my heart. I grew up with two Schnoodles (schnauzer-poodles). I helped train one of them including potty training and tricks like sit, shake, roll-over, and spin. I hope to one day foster dogs who need homes. I also have experience caring for cats and birds. I just graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center nursing program. I will begin my career as a nurse in Sioux Falls starting in July! I will let you know what days and times I am available! When caring for pets, their well-being is my top priority. I do this by ensuring a safe and happy environment. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and caged animals since I was little. I also worked at Petco grooming for a few years. We have 2 Chihuahuas of our own, 2 Sphynx and an Axolotl. I am a stay at home mom so my schedule is flexible and open most days. Just let me know what you need and we can work it out! I will care for your pet in your home how you request me to. In our home we are very careful to not let our animals out loose, we take them on a leash if they aren’t in the yard and kennel our dogs when we leave.

About: I've had dogs my whole life. I've lived with schnauzers, retrievers, a shih tzu, a border collie, and an Old English Sheepdog, so literally everything from 5 pounds to 100 pounds. I love how loving and optimistic dogs are and I genuinely enjoy caring for them. My puppy George enjoys dogs of all sizes. I also have cats and enjoy their distinct personalities. I don't take it personally when a new cat doesn't trust me. I DO take it as a challenge. I currently have 3 cats - 2 very chill indoor cats and 1 not-at-all-chill outdoor cat. All three of them are used to dogs. The chill cats actually like playing with dogs. I have had a diabetic cat who required insulin. My sheepdog had arthritis and needed assistance getting up as well as medication with his meals. I am experienced at giving medication to wary pets! I work 8-5 with a lunch hour. I am available for dog walking in the evening and weekends. I find caring for pets to be relaxing. I have a fenced in backyard. I enjoy long, slow walks, which gives dogs plenty of time to smell everything! I prefer a harness to ensure a dog doesn’t slip out.
